FourFront Design, Inc., worked directly with the City Planner to develop key planning GIS data layers, including existing and proposed zoning, existing and future land use, jurisdictional boundaries, well and reservoir locations, and an inventory of upcoming public works projects. Updated zoning map information was developed using GIS to produce an official zoning map and to revise city zoning ordinances. Paper maps were produced for use by City officials and the Planning and Zoning Commission. GIS was also used to produce maps for economic development purposes, identifying locations of code enforcement violations, and boundary and annexation updates.
