The Clarkson Mountain View Nursing Home facility was constructed in 1958. The existing facility is approximately 21,500 sf (main level) with 52 residents. The transformation included adding square footage with three additions and remodeling the existing square footage. The center of the building (the core) was reorganized based on the new functions, standards and requirements set by the staff and residents. It features a library/lounge with a fireplace and an expanded residential dining room. The exterior of the building was given a facelift to create a residential scale and character.
