Planning involves the integration of spaces with the surrounding context by bringing many separate

disciplines together under a single umbrella. This Planning based approach allows us to design with

sensitivity to the greater surroundings and takes into account aspects such as historic preservation,

environmental sustainability, and long-range regional or comprehensive plans. This comprehensive

method also allows us to identify potential zoning and code compliance issues up front, providing cost

and time saving measures.

 

We work with elected and appointed officials to lead our clients through the design and development

process, and meet with community members to facilitate participation and communication. Nearly every

Landscape Architectural, Civil, and Architectural project we complete includes some aspect of planning.
