The Clarkson Mountain View facility was constructed in 1958. The existing facility is approximately 21,500 square feet (main level) with 52 residents. Our goal is to update the whole facility. The transformation will include adding square footage with three additions and remodeling the existing square footage.

The exterior of the building will be given a facelift to create a residential scale and character.
