The Dahl Arts Center Remodel and Expansion included the remodel of the existing Dahl Building Spaces, the remodel of the existing MDU building and a 10,850 square foot expansion building between the two existing facilities.

The construction and remodel for the Arts Center was delivered in three parts with overlapping start and completion dates to accommodate the Dahl functions and staff.
