This project involved new Bachelor Officers Quarters (BOQ) at the Fort Meade, South Dakota Army National Guard Installation. The 16,000 sf building has twenty single-room accommodations in a two level masonry structure. It is connected to a new dining facility and includes a lounge area and two separate laundry rooms. Each apartment includes a sleeping and study area and bath facilities.
