FourFront Design designed a new office building for the SDHDA with a total of 15,000-20,000 square feet. The new building includes: a lobby, a large conference room, four smaller conference rooms, computer server room, break room, public and staff restrooms, film room, mail room, office space, training room, storage, exercise room, and a fir-proof vault.

With these new features, FourFront Design created a durable and efficient design, incorporating as many LEED, green building features as feasible, as well as making the building handicapped accessible.
