The Swander Grocery building was built in 1902 in downtown Rapid City and was saved a few years ago from being destructed by our own architect, Fred Thurston.

This historic building is the home of FourFront Design, Inc. It is now, a modern, up-to-date facility that embodies historic preservation, meets all applicable codes and ordinances, and is a LEED registered building. The project garners a LEED certification for its use of sustainable design practices.
