The construction of the TSA building was part of a Master Plan that FourFront Design had with the Rapid City Regional Airport as it grew. The new building houses TSA personnel and is used as the training grounds for airport security procedures.
In addition to design and construction services, FourFront was responsible for the landscaping, parking lots, and handicap accessible areas of the building. We were involved in the review of shop drawings, on-site review of construction projects, approving pay applications and processing change orders.
