FourFront planned and designed 1,500 lf of storm sewer and roadway for Anaconda and Grandview Streets in Rapid City. A storm water detention pond was designed in accordance with the Rapid City Drainage Basin Plan. The project work included the coordination of traffic control, detention pond design, and roadway design.

Several key issues regarding the design of this project included revaluation of the detention facility, traffic control, and phasing of the project to avoid conflict with Grandview School.
