FourFront Design, Inc. was selected for all four projects in 2005, to reconstruct Kansas City Street from East Boulevard to Eighth Street and 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th Streets from Kansas City Street to Omaha Street. City street design connectivity between downtown Rapid City and other major road corridors is a long-term goal for the city.
