Black Hills Estates-Eagle Ridge is a 13 building, 156 apartment complex located in Rapid City, north of Catron Boulevard and west of 5th Street. It consists of approximately 11 acres of fairly steep terrain.

The development of the property required approval through the Planned Residential Development (PRD) process through the City of Rapid City. FourFront worked with the City to achieve approval of the grading plan, infrastructure design and landscaping. We worked closely with the developer and adjacent property owners to develop the property with the most economic and aesthetically pleasing amenities. One of the major challenges was to create a design that allowed for handicap accessibility to all buildings.
