The design of the new 15,000 sf facility is centered on a positive working and learning environment. The nursing school includes new administrative offices, classrooms, lecture halls and nursing stations. The hospital wing will include meeting and lecture facilities, a new commons area, a kitchen, and space for events and catering.

In addition to the building, FourFront Design, Inc. designed site improvements, including ingress and egress, parking, grading, draingage, utilities, and pedestrian access to the new facility.
