The Skyline Pines East Subdivision is located in Rapid City west of Mt. Rushmore Road between Fairmont Blvd. and south of Tower Road. It consists of approximately 100 acres of prime commercial and residential real estate in forested mountainous terrain.

The property was part of a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District through the City of Rapid City. FourFront worked with both the developer and the City to get through the process of TIF funding reallocation, plat approval and infrastructure design. We also worked closely with the developer through land use and master planning to achieve a subdivision plan that was economic as well as creating desirable locations for potential commercial and residential lot purchases.
