The Summerset project was the development of a Commercial/Light Industrial and Housing subdivision. FourFront Design planned and designed the infrastructure for a new city. Our team worked closely with the client to develop lot layout and designed streets, water system, and sewer system, including a wastewater treatment facility to meet 10-10-1 criteria.
The Wastewater Treatment Facility will not only serve Summerset USA but most of Piedmont Valley.
